Our Goals
The 3-on-3 Charity Basketball Tournament's goals are simple- our purpose is to educate and help stop Carbon Monoxide poisoning, and to preserve and restore sight and hearing.
The NO CO Foundation was created following the deaths of Bill and Ross Parrish, along with their two sons, Keegan and Liam as a result of Carbon Monoxide (CO) poisoning in the Spring of 2014. The remaining Parrish family and friends were deeply moved by the outpouring of support they felt from the community. The deaths of Bill, Ross, Keegan and Liam were all the more tragic because they could have been prevented if Bill and Ross had known more about the danger of CO and protected themselves.
The tournament's goals are simple...it hopes to ensure that no family suffers a similar loss because they didn't know how to protect themselves from CO. In order to accomplish this, the Chubbuck Lions, along with Idaho Central Credit Union, and the Phil Meador Group, are hosting the Bill Parrish Family 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament on July 31- August 1. Proceeds from the tournament will be dedicated to promote education and awareness of carbon monoxide poisoning, and to preserve and restore sight and hearing, a cause near to the hearts of the BIll and Ross Parrish family.
